Themis Medicare Ltd fixes Oct 10, 2023 as record date for stock split

Themis Medicare Ltd has fixed Tuesday, 10th October, 2023 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the eligibility of Shareholders for the purpose of sub-division/split of every one fully paid-up Equity share having face value Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each in the authorised share capital of the Company, into 10 (ten) fully paid-up Equity shares having face value of Rs. 1/- (Rupee One only) each, as approved by the shareholders at the 53rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 9th September, 2023.
