Asit C. Mehta Financial Services Ltd to consider raising Rs. 20 crores through NCDs

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Asit C. Mehta Financial Services Limited is scheduled to be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023, to consider and approve the proposal to issue 2,000 10.50% Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 1,00,000/- each (Rupees One Lakh Only) face value amount aggregating to Rs. 20,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Crore Only) on private placement basis.

The board will also consider proposal to appoint IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited as the Debenture Trustee for the aforesaid Debenture Issue.
