The Rights Issue Period of Credent Global Finance Limited ("the Company") was successfully closed on 14th August, 2023. The Board of Directors in their meeting held at the registered office on Friday, 18th August, 2023 have considered and approved the allotment of 33,54,746 (Thirty Three Lakhs Fifty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Six) Fully Paid-up Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) on Rights Basis at issue price of Rs. 140/- (Rupees One Hundred Forty only) per Equity Share [including the premium of Rs. 130/- (Rupees One Hundred Thirty only)].

After the allotment, Capital Structure of the Company has increased from 69,37,500 equity shares (Rs. 6,93,75,000) to 1,02,92,246 equity shares (Rs. 10,29,22,460)

Shares of Oracle Credit Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 139.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 142.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4537 in over 83 trades.
