Focus Business Solutions Ltd has fixed Wednesday, August 23, 2023 as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares in the proportion of 4 (Four) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/-each for every 5 (Five) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, which has approved through 16th Annual general meeting of Focus Business Solution Limited ("the Company") on Saturday, July 29, 2023.
