Premco Global Limited approves 1st interim dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of Premco Global Limited have approved the payment of 1st Interim Dividend of Rs.3/-per share of Rs.10 each (30%) for the financial year 2023-2024.

The 1st Interim Dividend, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the company whose name appear on the register of Members of the company or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Monday, 07th August, 2023 which is the Record date fixed for the purpose. The Interim Dividend shall be paid to shareholders on or before 01st September 2023.
