Virinchi Ltd enters into multi-year agreement with Micro Lending company in USA

Virinchi Ltd has entered into a Multi-Year Agreement with one of the leading Micro Lending companies in USA on July 28, 2023 which will add $2 Million to $2.5 Million per annum to the top line of the Company going forward. The initial Term of the agreement is for 5 Years from 28th July, 2023.

The contract is for implementation, hosting, support and maintenance of the Base QFund Applications by the Company for use by the Customer.

Shares of Virinchi Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 38.08 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 36.31. The total number of shares traded during the day was 162635 in over 337 trades.
