TIPS Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of TIPS Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. July 25, 2023, has declared an interim dividend Re. 1/- per equity share (i.e. 100%) on the fully paid up equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- per share.

The board has fixed August 4, 2023 as the Record Date towards payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend will be paid on or before August 21, 2023.
