Flex Foods Board recommends dividend of Rs 2

Flex Foods Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ Rs 2/- per share subject to the approval of the shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2008. The dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting will be paid after the date of Annual General Meeting.
