Xchanging Solutions Ltd gets Rs. 183.14 crores as partial repayment of loan by XSUI

Xchanging Solutions USA INC ("XSUI") had announced regarding partial repayment of loan amounting to USD 22,559,096 on June 20, 2023 to Xchanging Solutions Limited. Taking into account that the partial loan repayment amount has been converted and credited to the Company's INR account amounting to INR 1,831,451,185 on June 21, 2023.

Out of the Total Provision INR 1,728,289,691 (USD 37,929,097), the Provision pertaining to the repayment of loan - INR 1,031,510,895 (USD 22,559,096) will be reversed.

The Exchange Gain arising out ot the transactino is INR 799,940,290 and Tax Expense involved for this exchange gain is INR 201,328,972. The company will get a Net Income of INR 598,611,318 due to the above repayment.

Shares of Xchanging Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 78.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 69.87. The total number of shares traded during the day was 376202 in over 3540 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 81.50 and intraday low of 72.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 29266761.00.
