ELPRO International Ltd recommends interim dividend of Rs. 0.23

The Board of Directors of ELPRO International Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., Monday, May 29, 2023 have considered and approved the Interim Dividend of Re. 0.23/- per equity share having face value of Re. 1/- per share (i.e., 23%) for the Financial Year 2022-23. The record date for the purpose of Interim Dividend is Friday, June 9, 2023 for determining the eligibility of the Shareholders of the Company entitled for the said Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23.
