Murudeshwar Ceramics Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Murudeshwar Ceramics Ltd has considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The dividend recommended by the Board is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, and will be paid within 30 days of its declaration at the said AGM of the Company.
