QGO Finance recommends dividend of Rs. 0.1

The Board of Directors of QGO Finance Limited ('The Company') at its meeting held today i.e., Monday, May 29, 2023 at 11:45 AM and concluded at 12:45 PM have considered and approved the declaration of Interim Dividend at Rs. 0.1 (1%) per Equity Share (Subject to Deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rupees 10/- each for the quarter Jan 23 to March 23.
