Lambodhara Textiles Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.75

The board of directors of Lambodhara Textiles Ltd have recommended a dividend of Rs.0.75/- per share of Rs.5/- each (15% on the face value of Rs.5/- each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to the approval of shareholders in the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the dividend amount after deducting applicable TDS, will be paid to the shareholders with the prescribed time.
