Nucleus Software Exports Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Nucleus Software Exports Ltd at its meeting held today has declared a Final dividend of Rs.10.00/- per Equity Share (i.e. 100% of face value of Rs. 10 each) of the Company for FY-22-23 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
