Ram Ratna Wires Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2.50

The board of directors of Ram Ratna Wires Ltd have recommended a dividend of Rs 2.50/- per share (i.e. @ 50%) on the equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The dividend, if approved shall be paid / dispatched within 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM, subject to deduction of tax at source, as applicable.

The Company has fixed 1st September, 2023 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023.
