Bharat Bijlee Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 40

The board of directors of Bharat Bijlee Ltd has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 40/- per fully paid-up equity share (400%) of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2023.

The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the ensuing 76th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company, shall be paid to the shareholders within thirty (30) days from the date of the said AGM.
