Alphageo India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of Alphageo India Ltd at its meeting held on 26th May, 2023 has considered and recommended dividend of Rs. 8/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
