Strides Pharma Science Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Strides Pharma Science Ltd at their meeting held on May 25, 2023, have approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (at the rate of 15%) for financial year ended March 31, 2023.

The Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of Shareholders' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
