Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd sells its stake in Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd

Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd has today sold its entire stake comprising of 1,21,22,068 Equity Shares representing 3.195% of the paid-up share capital of CIE.

The sale has been executed on the Stock Exchange(s), at a gross price of Rs. 447.6501 per share. Following the sale, the Company's shareholding in CIE has become Nil.

Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited ("CIE") is an Indian, multi-locational and multitechnology automotive components company with manufacturing facilities and engineering capabilities of its own and its subsidiaries.

Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1276.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1268.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21547 in over 2129 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1278.00 and intraday low of 1254.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27309846.00.
