Sahyadri Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.5

The Board of directors of Sahyadri Industries Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of INR 1.5 per Equity Share of INR 10 each for Financial Year 2022-23. This Final Dividend is subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting. The Book Closure and Record date for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 will be determined later and will be announced separately.
