Donear Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of Donear Industries Ltd in their meeting held today, recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 0.20/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

Shares of Donear Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 96.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 98.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34561 in over 615 trades.
