Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs.2.50/- (Rupees Two and Fifty Paise) per share, for the year ended 31st March 2023, for approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The payment of said dividend will be made within the statutorily prescribed time of 30 days from the date of approval by the Shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
