Acknit Industries Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Acknit Industries Ltd at its meeting held on today i.e. 17th May, 2023 has recommended for payment of dividend of 15% (i.e. Rs.1.50 per equity share of Rs.10/- each fully paid-up) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
