Perfectpac Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Perfectpac Ltd has recommended the Dividend of Rs. 1/- (i.e. 50%) per equity share on face value of Rs. 2/- per share for the Financial Year 2022-23, subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
