Ddev Plastiks Industries Limited recommends 1:10 bonus issue

The board of directors of Ddev Plastiks Industries Limited has approved the increase in Authorized Capital of the Company from Rs. 10,15,00,000 (Rupees Ten Crore Fifteen Lakhs only) divided into 10,15,00,000 (Ten Crore Fifteen Lakhs) Equity Shares of Re 1/- each to Rs. 15,00,00,000 (Rupees Fifteen Crores only) divided into 15,00,00,000 (Fifteen Crores) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each, subject to approval of shareholders.

The board also approved recommendation of issue of Bonus Shares in ratio 1:10 i.e. 1(One) Equity Share of Re. 1/- each for every 10(Ten) fully paid up Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each held by the shareholders, as on record date, as may be decided by the Board, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.

Shares of Ddev Plastiks Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 116.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 114.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 103007 in over 954 trades.
