Banswara Syntex Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Banswara Syntex Ltd in their meeting held on Monday, May 15, 2023 at the Corporate office of the Company situated at 4th Floor, Gopal Bhawan, 199, Princess Street, Mumbai which commenced at 15:00 PM and concluded at 17.38 P.M., has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023.
