Everest Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of directors of Everest Industries Ltd at its meeting held today, recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share of face value of 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The above dividend, if declared by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Everest Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 880.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 875.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1244 in over 165 trades.
