Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd updates on LOI issue to Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd

The Board of Directors of Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd at its meeting held on Friday, the 5th May, 2023, approved the award of EPC Contract for 1200MW Pooling Sub-station - 2 at Solar/ Wind / Hybrid RE park of 2375 MW capacity at Khavda, Great Rann of Kutch, Gujarat.

Further, Letter of Intent (LoI) issued to M/s. Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. for 1200 MW Pooling Sub- station -2 at Solar / Wind/ Hybrid RE Park of 2375 MW capacity at Khavda, Great Rann of Kutch, Gujarat.

Shares of Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 90.52 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 91.47. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20360 in over 242 trades.
