The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of IIFL Finance Ltd vide Resolution dated May 08, 2023 approved allotment of 35 (Thirty Five) Non-Convertible Debentures namely Unsecured Subordinated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures - Series D24 of Face Value of INR 1,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Crore) each, for cash at par, aggregating to INR 35,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Thirty-Five Crores) on Private Placement Basis.
