Solar Industries India Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 8

The board of directors of Solar Industries India Limited has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 8 per equity share i.e. 400% on the face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2022-23 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.

The Board has fixed June 09, 2023 as the record date and the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from June 10, 2023 to June 21, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting & Final Dividend, if approved by the Members.

Shares of Solar Industries India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3823.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3823.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5102 in over 1126 trades.
