Kuantum Papers Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 3 on equity shares

The Board of directors of Kuantum Papers Ltd has recommended a dividend @ Re.1 per share on the Redeemable noncumulative Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each and @ Rs. 3 per share on the equity shares of Re.1/- each for the year ended 31 March 2023, which is subject to approval by the shareholder in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
