Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited ('the Company'), at its meeting held today viz. Friday, 28th April 2023, have, approved the recommendation of dividend of Rs. 6 per equity share of face value of Rs. 2 each (i.e. 300%) for the financial year ended 31st March 2023. The dividend payout is subject to the Members' approval at the forthcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.

The 33rd Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Friday, 28th July 2023.
