The Board of Directors of Datamatics Global Services Ltd at its meeting held on April 28, 2023, recommended, subject to approval of shareholders, final dividend of Rs. 3.75 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5 each and special dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023.
