Kanchi Karpooram Ltd enters into joint venture agreement to develop its property at Purasaiwalkam, Chennai

Kanchi Karpooram Limited has entered into a joint venture agreement with M/s. Prince Housing Chennai Private Limited on 17.04.2023 for the construction of residential and commercial apartments in the Company's property situated at Purasaiwalkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu on a profit-sharing basis.

Shares of Kanchi Karpooram Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 510.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 471.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43796 in over 950 trades.
