Infosys Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 17.50

The Board of directors of Infosys Ltd, at their meeting held on April 12-13, 2023, have recommended a final dividend of ₹17.50/- per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2023.

The record date for the purposes of the Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend is June 2, 2023. The dividend will be paid on July 3, 2023.

Shares of Infosys Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1388.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1428.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 609878 in over 44382 trades.
