The board of directors of RKD Agri and Retail Ltd has approved Shifting of Registered office of the Company within city/town/village. New Registered Office: 52 RAYFREDA BUILDING, JUNCTION OF MAHAKALI CAVES ROAD, HOLY FAMILY CHURCH CHAKALA400093.

The board also approved purchase of Registered Trade Marks "XION" & "BRIZO" from Nilesh Savla also being a Director of the Company for trading and manufacturing of Luggage bags in compliance with Sec 188 of the Companies Act, 2013.
