The Board of Directors of IND Renewable Energy Limited (Formerly Known as Vakharia Power infrastructure Limited) at their meeting held today i.e., March 22, 2023 have, in principle, considered and approved the proposal to raise the fund up to Rs. 15,00,00,000 by way of issue of share on preference basis / Right issue. The terms of the issue as well as mode of the issue will be decided by the board later.
