The Board of Directors of Indsoya Limited ("the Company") in its meeting held today i.e. Monday, 20th March, 2023 (Meeting commenced at 12:00 P.M. and concluded at 12:30 P.M.), has inter alia taken on record / approved the change of name of the company from "Indsoya Limited" to "Apollo Ingredients Limited or any other similar subject to approval of Central Registration Centre (CRC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs".
