Dwarikesh Sugar Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Dwarikesh Sugar Industries Ltd was held on Monday, March 20, 2023, approved the declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share i.e. 200% on face value of Rs. 1/- per share for the financial year 2022-23.

The company has fixed record date for Interim Dividend as Friday, March 31, 2023.

The said Interim Dividend for the Financial year 2022-23 will be paid to all those Equity shareholders whose name appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners.
