Sambhaav Media Ltd to acquire stake in Gujarat News Broadcasters Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of Sambhaav Media Limited was held today and the board agreed to acquire 720025 equity shares of face value of INR 10 each, equivalent to 14.92% of the issued subscribed and paid-up share capital of Gujarat News Broadcasters Pvt. Ltd. (Investee Company).

The board also approved cancellation of sale of 945000 equity shares of VED Technoserve India Pvt. Ltd. to the persons belonging to the promoter group as decided at the board meeting dated 09 August 2022. Accordingly, VED Technserve India Pvt. Ltd. shall continue to be the subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Sambhaav Media Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2.84 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2.86. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1156 in over 11 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2.90 and intraday low of 2.84. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3341.00.
