SAIL approves interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) at its meeting held on 16th March, 2023, has, approved the payment of Interim Dividend for the FY 2022-23 @ Rs.1/- per equity share (10% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company).

The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend is 24th March, 2023.

Shares of Steel Authority of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 85.34 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 87.66. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1352151 in over 7032 trades.
