Ind-Ra affirms rating of Sonata Software Ltd

India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has affirmed Sonata Software Limited's (SSL) Long-Term Issuer Rating at 'IND AA-'. The Outlook is Stable. Ind-Ra considers the acquisition of Quant Systems Inc (Quant) to be credit neutral for SSL at a consolidated level, given the strong consolidated financial profile and healthy liquidity of the group.

Shares of Sonata Software Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 780.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 817.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18395 in over 1200 trades.
