SRU Steels Ltd approves 1:2 bonus issue

The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., March 10, 2023 has considered and approved the Issuance of fully paid-up Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 (one) fully paid share having face value of Re.10/- (Rupee ten only) each for every Two (2) fully paid-up shares having a face value of Re.10/- (Rupee ten only) each held, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.

Shares of SRU Steels Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 16.91 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 16.11. The total number of shares traded during the day was 116256 in over 66 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 16.91 and intraday low of 15.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1888778.00.
