Kranti Industries Limited entered into Memorandum of Understanding on March 01, 2023 with the Existing shareholders of the Preciso Metall Private Limited to invest by way of acquisition of equity shares of Preciso Metall Private Limited which is engaged in the business of shell moulding, casting & other allied activities.
