LT Foods Ltd allots 27,408,164 shares to SALIC International

The Board of Directors ("Board") of LT Foods Limited ("Company") in its meeting held today i.e., 28.02.2023, has allotted 27,408,164 (Twenty Seven Million Four Hundred Eight Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Four) equity shares of the Company having a face value Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each to SALIC International Investment Company.

The Board in its meeting held today i.e. 28.02.2023 has also approved the appointment of Mr. Alrumaih Sulaiman Abdulrahman S as an Additional Director of the Company.

Shares of LT Foods Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 96.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 97.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 108849 in over 2365 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 99.00 and intraday low of 95.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10513481.00.
