Aster DM Healthcare Ltd to increase stake in Dr. Ramesh Hospital

Aster DM Healthcare Limited ('the Company') has entered into share purchase agreement with promoter group sellers on February 27, 2023 to acquire additional 6.49% shareholding in Dr. Ramesh Hospital. Consequent to the said acquisition the Company shall hold 57.49% stake in Dr. Ramesh Hospital.

The target company is operating hospitals at Vijaywada and Guntur. The Company was incorporated on 29/05/1995.

Shares of Aster DM Healthcare Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 222.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 228.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11271 in over 778 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 229.35 and intraday low of 219.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2533287.00.
