Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of Directors of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd in its Meeting held today on February 21, 2023, has considered and approved an interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23 to the equity and preference shareholders of the Bank at the following rates:

Equity Shares - Interim Dividend of 7.5% i.e. Rs. 0.75 each, per equity share of face value Rs. 10 each

Preference Shares - Interim Dividend of 5.5% i.e. Rs. 0.55 each, per preference share of face value Rs. 10 each

Shares of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 27.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 27.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 959008 in over 2006 trades.
