Vaxfab Enterprises Limited allots 72 lakh shares on rights basis

The Board of Directors of Vaxfab Enterprises Limited in their meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 16th February, 2023 at the Registered Office of the Company which commenced at 3:00 P.M. and concluded at 3:45 P.M. had considered and approved the allotment of 72,00,000 (Seventy Two Lakhs) Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) on a rights basis to the existing equity shareholders of the Company at a price of Rs. 18/- (Rupees Eighteen Only) per equity share in the ratio of 6:1 i.e. 6 (Six) Equity Shares for every 1 (One) Equity Share held as on the record date i.e. Tuesday, 3rd January, 2023.

The said allotment is pursuant to the LOF and the Basis of Allotment as approved by BSE Limited ("BSE"), the Designated Stock Exchange for the issue.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company shall be 72,00,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (fully paid up) i.e., Rs. 7,20,00,000/-.

Shares of Ellora Trading Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 26.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 27.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2167 in over 12 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 26.50 and intraday low of 26.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 56782.00.
