United Drilling Tools Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.60

The Board of Directors of United Drilling Tools Ltd have declared interim dividend of Rs. 0.60 for FY 2022-23.

The board has fixed the Record date Wednesday, 22nd day of February, 2023 for entitlement of 2nd Interim Dividend for the FY 2022-23.

The Dividend will be paid to the members whose name appears in the register of Members and the beneficial owners as per the details received from National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as on the record date. The payment date will be announced in due course.
