Premco Global Limited approves 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Premco Global Limited at its meeting held on 10 February 2023 has, considered & approved the payment of 3rd Interim Dividend of Rs.6 /- per share of Rs.10 each (60 %) for the financial year 2022-2023.

The 3rd Interim Dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the company whose name appear on the register of Members of the company or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Thursday, February 23, 2023 which is the Record date fixed for the purpose. The 3rd Interim Dividend shall be paid to shareholders on or before 09th March 2023.
